Transforming Hospital Spaces with the Healing Power of Art.

Imagine a world where walking into a hospital does not make a child feel scared, sad and alone, but instead brings unexpected vibrance, joy, and a sense of belonging.
For a child at the hospital, art changes everything.

Meet Our Founder, Blake.
The founder of Art2Hearts Foundation formed her earliest memories at the hospital. Blake was born with a rare congenital disorder called Talipes Equinovarus (TEV), which if left untreated, would have prohibited her from walking. When Blake was young, she spent many years enduring specialized treatments in sterile and uninspired spaces within hospital settings. Now a teenager, she has set out to infuse these spaces with art to engender a sense of warmth, joy and healing. Blake passionately believes in the transformative power of art and its ability to uplift spirits and improve outcomes for pediatric patients. From her personal journey Blake came to appreciate the impact that art can have on mental health and patient outlook, particularly for children. Art in hospitals is not just about aesthetics; it is about improving a patient’s mindset which will facilitate better experiences and foster healing.
